Every order, on beat.

Pulse gives your restaurant its own ordering site, a live dashboard for every order and loyalty that brings regulars back. Set up in an afternoon.

Built in Canada for independent restaurants and cafés.

Example: a new pickup order, number 1042, for 6:30 pm, arrives in Pulse Dashboard while the restaurant is accepting orders.

  • Customer apps for iPhone and Android.
  • A text tells each customer when their order is ready.

How much does Pulse cost?
Each plan has a monthly price for your first location, a price for each extra location and a per-order fee. All three are on the pricing page.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers can order on your ordering site in any browser. There are also customer apps for iPhone and Android.
How does delivery work?
Turn on delivery and your delivery orders go out with Uber Direct couriers. You can offer pickup, delivery or both.
How do I get paid?
Online payments are paid out to your bank account automatically through Stripe.
Can I bring my existing menu?
Yes. Upload a photo or PDF of your menu and AI import turns it into categories, items and prices. You check everything before you publish.
I have more than one location. Does Pulse work for me?
Yes. Run every location from one Pulse Dashboard. You’re billed per active location, and each plan shows its price for extra locations and how many locations it includes.
Can my customers add a loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Not yet. Wallet loyalty cards are coming soon. Today, customers earn reward points on every order and redeem them at checkout.
